A non-refundable 50% Reservation Fee and signed Wedding Cinematography Agreement are required to book our services and reserve your special day. The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to your wedding day. In some cases, payment installments can be arranged leading up to the day your final payment is due. See details below.

All content, meaning films, footage, etc., are delivered via digital download unless otherwise arranged.

If you're in need of a customized payment, we have you covered. We wouldn't want finances to hinder you from being able to relive one of the most precious day of your life. Marriage is a journey; and making sure it's documented is very information.

Post-production (i.e. the editing and delivery process) is an art, which we take pride in doing with excellence. That's why producing the final film(s) and add-on's takes time. From reviewing and cataloging content, making backup copies of footage, to music selection and sound design, the delivery of your final film takes 2 - 4 months in most cases. That's why we encourage you to consider adding a 1-minute Social Media Teaser to your package. It's an nice option to when you'd like to share your wedding day memories with family and friends sooner. A Social Media Teaser takes roughly 1 month or less to produce and deliver.

Travel costs may apply depending on the location of your wedding and other related activities. Our travel fees are based on the official IRS mileage rate and the numbers of cinematographers.

Things happen. Rescheduling or cancellations due to weather, unexpected emergencies or other reasonable factors are taken into consideration. Our Wedding Cinematography Agreement covers how we handle rescheduling and cancellations.
